BAKE CHEESE TART is a freshly baked cheese tart specialty store that originated in Hokkaido. Spotting a niche for cheese tarts, we opened our first store in Tokyo in 2014.
Every cheese tart is made from rich, fresh Hokkaido cheese and milk by well-trained patissiers in our Sapporo factory.
The tarts are delivered directly from Hokkaido to our stores around the world, where they are carefully baked one by one.

The fluffy mousse is made from our original blend of cream cheese. The mousse has a great balance of creaminess and tartness, with just the right hint of saltiness.
The secret to the crispy crust of our tarts lies in the unique blend of flour and “double-bake” baking method. The crust is pre-baked before adding the cheese mousse filling to give it a crispier texture.
